I chose a vibrant hand-tie, and what was delivered was as good if not in fact better than the image I picked from. The mix of colours were great, and the recipient of the flowers was very pleased with them. I also made an error with the order, (ordering on an Australian bank holiday without realising) which was corrected following one email to 'direct2florist' which was very pleasing and a relief. My only minor complaint was that the deliverer handed the flowers to the person who answered the door, rather than requesting the recipient. However, it doesn't take away from the fact I was very happy with the service and would happily use the florist again.

Excellent, and my Aunt was delighted with the flowers which sounded exactly as I had ordered. Service was extremely prompt - I ordered at about 8.30am and she had them by 11am. Many thanks for making her day and an easy transaction!
