I am trying hard to contact blue tulip as my order has not been delvred, I asked for the flowers to be sent on 7th Feb. I will not be using direct florist again. I had ordered a bouquet with Iris flowers in it for a special reason but I received a phone call the next morning early and the girl explained about not been able to obtain them this time of year due to the heat. She mentioned she would search again in a couple of days but I declined and let it be something equivalent to the Iris. She was very pleasant and offered to search further for me which I found was a great service and would recommend this Florist and I would also choose them for my next order. My family in Australia have just sent me photos of the flowers I ordered on line. I am just delighted with them, the colours are perfect and are what I requested, they were delivered on time and I have to say that the cost of them was extremely reasonable. I placed my order just after the 2pm cut-off for same day delivery and was really pleased that the delivery was still made on the day of placing the order. I ordered the florists choice of the day and I am told that the flowers are beautiful. The florist also went that little step further by calling me to check whether or not I wanted to include my name on the card - which I did. All around great!
