At Direct2florist we want your flower buying experience to be as slick and easy as possible – happy customers are our number one priority. However, if you have a query concerning your flower order or how to place an order, we’re more than happy to help.

  1. How to find a local florist

    Direct2florist puts flower buyers directly in touch with professional florists all across the globe. To find a florist that can deliver flowers to where you need to get them, simply select the destination country that you need. You’ll then be asked to name the delivery location, after which we’ll provide a list of florists that can serve you. You can then choose the shop that best suits your needs.

  2. Secure online ordering

    Direct2florist provides customers with the ultimate in safe, secure online ordering thanks to our use of the very latest, ultra secure online encryption technology. We don’t store your payment details either, further enhancing security, which is something we take very seriously indeed.

  3. Sunday deliveries

    There are times when flowers simply have to be delivered on a Sunday. Whilst we do deliver on Sundays and are happy to help, we ask that you give as much notice as possible – at least 24 hours is preferable – so that we can sort the Sunday delivery with your chosen florist.
