  Very positive experience and would recommend. Great constant communications and much appreciated to receive a photo of the actual flowers. Meant a great deal especially when one is far and the recipient does not have access to such technology. Will use again. A***

  This was a very easy process to order these flowers for my Brother and Sister inLaws Ruby Wedding Anniversary . They arrived on time and received with great delight..The email with pictures of the flowers was a lovely touch they were beautiful,,colours and arrangement were just what I ordered.   Whilst the flowers were lovely, the transposing of my information from the online booking to the order was very bad. A lot of typos. Actual street address left of, wording in my message, which was correct obviously when I typed it, was wrong. We are a radiology company, she typed "pathology" and that was spelt wrong. It wasn't just one or two errors it was multiple. So it was evident that no one crossed checked what I had typed on line versus the order. I won't use them again. I am sure they are nice people, but if you are running a business, check your typing!! even my salutation of Ms was put down as "Ma". very bad.

  Fantastic flowers and incredible service. These were ordered to say congratulations to my daughter for passing her final medical exams to become a consultant - the culmination of three years of med school and nine years of post-graduate training. It's a very special achievement and a life-changer, because it means she is now free career-wise to pursue her interests. She was flying back to Perth from Brisbane on Saturday when Jem tried to deliver the flowers but couldn't - so they were brought round on Sunday, despite the fact that the florist had been ill. She knew from the message that the flowers were very special and wanted my daughter to have them. I can't recommend these people - or this service - highly enough.

  A truly stunning and very special arrangement with a beautiful, hand-written card. It's so hard to 'personalise' when you're on the other side of the world from the florist, but Jem Floral Design produced something that worked wonderfully for me and the recipient. I can't thank them enough.
