I am happy with the flowers but will not order through Direct2florist/Rokeby Florist again as someone rang my daughter direct yesterday evening and told her the flowers were from me. Thanku NOT they were to be a surprise. I did make a note on my order to deliver to her workplace between 9am-4pm so there was no need to ring and if uncertain I am the one paying so contact me. Very poor service.

Many florists in the area were closed between Christmas and New Year. I do not live in the area, so I simply chose a florist who was open and could deliver on New Years Eve. I received a call to say because of the public holidays, stock was limited, and would a florists choice be alright. The florists choice was lovely and my friend received a pretty flower arrangement for a milestone birthday. I am very happy with the communication, service and flowers from Judy.
